Ser. Lider PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION
All-welded ball valve FB39 Ser. Lider are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff valves in water and gas-supply systems, in the heat-power engineering and housing and communal services as well as in the process lines at chemical and oil-refining plants, at pulp-and-paper milks and other production facilities using fluid, gaseous as well as corrosive working media. Distinctive features of these valves are solid forged and welded construction of the body, low steel intensity and liability.
| VALVE DESIGN
The ball valve has permanent all-welded construction and consists of the valve body (2), the caps (1), and the floating ball (9) sealed with ball seats (5). The blowout proof valve stem (3) is sealed with two gaskets (10) and (11). The ring (10) can be changed during the exploitation. There is a washer (6) between the stem and the body neck. The body neck is covered by the bushing (8). Valve shifting is performed by turning handle (12) through 90 degrees. The working medium can be admitted to any of the caps. The valve can be mounted on the pipeline in any attitude position required.
