| | Ball valves FB 39 with a nipple for leakage control PURPOSE AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION Ball valves FB 39 for leakage control are Intended to establish the fact of the leakage at closed valve when controlling the flows (opening/ shutting) of liquid and gaseous media in the process lines at oil-refining plants, gas, chemical, food, and other industries. For instance, such equipment is to be mounted at oil and oil products monitor boxes. The ball seats (9) within the bushings (2) press the ball (15) by the disk washers (14). The bushings (2) are sealed with the rubber rings (22). The ball revolves on the center pins (11) and (12). The blowout proof valve stem (18) is sealed with two gaskets (6) and (7). The body is sealed by the joint gaskets (5). Underside the body there is a nipple (4) with a nipple seal (8). The center pin (12) has a through-hole for leakage control. The working medium can be admitted to any of the caps. Valve shifting is performed by turning handle (16) through 90 degrees. Leakage control is realized constructively at work scheme "ball in supports". Only ball valves of mentioned pressure are produced now at such scheme.
