Ball valves FB39 for underground installation AND SPHERE OF APPLICATION Ball valves are intended to be fitted as stop/shutoff valves on underground pipelines of natural gas, oil and oil products, and other fluid and gaseous media where the valve material is corrosion-resistant. Distinctive features of these valves are extended stem, special anticorrosive treatment of the body, as well as liability and durability. The ball seats (7) within the bushings (4) press the ball (2) by the springs (13). The ball revolves on the axis (11). The stem is sealed by rubber rings (9). The stem is fixed by the ring (27) and closed by the bonnet (10). The valve is supplied with a slewing limiter – a stop (14). The valve is supplied with an extension part consisting of the adapter (31) and the shaft (16) inside the pipe (32) and interacting with the stem (15). The body (28) is welded to the upper part of the pipe; the shaft (16) sealing is mounted inside the body and consists of the set of PTFE washers (20, 21, 22, and 23) and the bushing (18) the set is covered by the bonnet (30). An extension end of the shaft (16) is covered by the process bonnet (29).
