The inner poppet check valve corresponds to a locking device consisting of the following principal components: a handle (1), a stem (2) with an eccentric cam on the upper part, a valve shaft (3), a gate (5), springs (6, 7), a body (8) with a conjunctive flange, sealing rings (9), and a bushing (19). The outside locking device corresponds to a ball valve consisting of the following principal components: a body (8), a stem (10), a handle (11), a ball (12), ball seats (13), a cap (14), and sealing rings (15, 16, 17). The additional locking device (not illustrated on the scheme) consists of a plug, a sealing gasket, and a fastening nut. There is ring grooving on the body (8) behind the conjunctive flange intended to prevent working media emission from the tank container inner cavity in case of valve body damage. In case of unauthorized loading or applied shock against the outside pert o the valve the body will damage along the ring grooving.
